1. Download Pier 1.2
2. Launch
   • Mac: launch Pier-1.2.app;
   • Linux: launch Pier-1.2.app/pier.sh
   • Windows: launch Pier-1.2.app/pier.exe
3. Go to http://localhost:8080/seaside/pier
